Based in our brand new resourcing department, the successful applicant will hold the potential to become a key member of our IT Skill search team. Put simply, our mission is to find the best, newest and most efficient systems in online skills resourcing. We are already highly geared and up to speed in our procedures and practices. But there’s just no time to stand still and we want to keep getting better.

Daily Tasks
• Research and develop new outlets and techniques for career and job advertising
• Research and develop new searches and sources of candidate profiles and cv’s
• Development and optimisation of our presence on Social media
• Highly efficient advertising of job vacancies on multiple platforms.
• Your role will be to find those clever little hacks, work-arounds and fixes that will make our processes hum with efficiency

Required
We are open to suggestions as to the ideal background of potential candidates. However there are a couple of key competencies which you should be able to clearly demonstrate:

• An insatiable hunger for and interest in online technologies and systems
• Commercial motivation and a strong appreciation of the “bottom line”
• A well developed online presence on social media
• A third level qualification in either Computer science, online / digital marketing, and / or Social Media.

There will also be the potential for the holder of this role to provide services to the other departments within Midas Technologies such as possibly software development.
