MidlandJobs.ie were delighted to attend the fair on 20th February last in the Midlands Park hotel. We were encouraged by the variety of candidates and skills available in the Laois area and the whole room was a buzz with people chatting and enjoying the return to normality post Covid. Our stand was quite busy from the start as we helped match attendees to our available positions and sign them up for future Job Alerts.
We were joined by Mark from Writech Group (WTech Fire) Mullingar at the event and even managed to squeeze in a few pull-up banners from a few customers and partners. We also gave a summary of our available jobs as printed handouts to jobseekers interested in working in the Midlands.
It was a pleasure to meet Cathaoirleach of Laois Co Co Thomasina Connell at the Laois Jobs Fair on the day. Well done to Laois Chamber of Commerce for organising and a big shout out to Caroline Hofman.
